What does the "Stop" Fuse mean? Which fuse belongs to the brake lights?

My brake lights are not working, but all other lights on the back end are. I do not have a owner's manual and am finding the diagram on the panel door confusing.

stop fuse is brake circuit fuse. check your brake switch on brake pedal for power in and out.
