Can you tell me where do I locate this wiring harness in my ford tarus sho 1993.I am asking this because we have no back light change all fuses. And how do we fix that brake release latch. That white piece that hooks to the switch and its a pin goe, s in it. Please tell how to put it back together

First, follow the wiring from the lights up to the engine compartment. They go a few different directions. Make sure there is no power to them at the tail light sockets. If there isn't, the first thing I would check is the head light switch. Make sure it is sending power.
