I can't roll my bronco in neutral [started or unstarted ] Yes parking brake is released in cab. I visually cheked parking brake cable and appears to be operating correctly. I pulled rear drums off and visually checked them and everything is properly connected and also appears to be operating correctly. With drums off I can see parking brake engaging and disengaging. Started, I can only drive forward but not in reverse or roll in neutral. Driving, it feels like parking brake is engaged but is not in cab. ABS light was coming on once every so often, but now stays on always. Tranny has been operating just fine. Thanks for any advice.

That is an interesting one. Considering the parking brake is manually engaged, I'm not sure how it could engage itself. Are all the return springs on correctly that hold the brake shoes closed?
