Recently purchase truck, month ago replaced plugs wire cap rotor. Yesterday checked plugs and they were fouled badly, they had oil, carbon built up over electrode. I would think that it couldn't have been fireing. Its a93 chevy pickup with a v6 4.3L engine. Iremoved vavle cover to look at lifters and found it to be very clean like new. When I changed the plugs the frist time they were fouled badly. What do you think my problem is?
