Have a 1993 Chevy Cheyann PU-- replaced the computer--Check engine light keeps coming on and the truck has no power--today it started off in 3 and finally cleared up and drove--- someone said maybe the PROM is bad--- any Ideas what is going on? Took it to the local repair place put it on the machine and it says nothing is wrong. Even though it's Showing a code 32 on the egr system--Something is wrong I lose power. It's doing something wrong everytime I turn around.

You could have weak a egr spring allowing the egr valve to open too far too fast. So when the engine light comes on is that when it looses power?Also have you tried following the code 32 trouble tree to see where it leads you?
