1993 Buick Century spark plug wire replacement

Do I have to remove the engine mount (in picture) to replace the spark plug wires

Are you trying to remove the wires from a plastic box along the engine and can't open it because of the mount? If that is the problem, you have two choices. First, support the engine and remove the mount so you are able to open the plastic cover to replace the wires. OR, reroute the wires along side of the box and shroud them with wire loom and support them from getting on the exhaust manifold.

Yes there is a black box located under the bracket for the torque strut.

That's it. The plug wires go through it. The only thing you can do is one of the two things I mentioned. If you do remove the mount, make sure to support the engine. You should be able to get a jack on the crankshaft pulley. Gently lift the weight from that mount and then remove it.
