The car runs and drives after I jump it, but the second I turn it off the battery is completely dead, the alternator has been tested, the battery is almost new. Any ideas what could be causing my issue?

Charge and test battery with a load test, check alternator out put and check all battery terminals are clean and tight, do not presume battery and alt are ok, test and be sure.
