When I start the vehicle and turn on the headlights the instrument cluster lights, climate control lights, and all dashboard lights come on as they should. once the car idles for approximately 30 to 45 seconds all dash lighting slowly fades to off. All fuses are fine. What could cause this to happen?
Please help me!
Thanks!!!

Have the charging system tsted. Seems the alternator is not functioning correctly. Ensure the harmonic balancer is good and drive belts is correctly tensioned.

Alternator checks out @ 14.39 volts and belt tension appears fine. How do I check to see if harmonic balancer is good?

Did you get this voltage after the dash lights dims? If there is any fault woth the harmonic damper, the charging voltage would drop after some running as the belt starts to slip.

Now you would have to test the fuses for the lights. Check the ground circuit as well. Ensure all connections are tight and secure. Loose connections cn cause this as well.

Just the ones for the instrument lights or are any others related? I noticed when I step on the brake while waiting for the lights to dim they all dim slightly! I'm really stumped!!!

For such conditions, you need to be checking all ground circuits.
