I have a 92 toyota camry. Have just had the transmissions and motor mounts replaced. Now the car seems to slide to the left when making a right turn. Mechanic thinks I'm nuts.

I know that when the steering pulls to one side that the alignment may be off but this is more like a slide (like on ice) than a pull - and it doesn't do it all the time. Still alignment?

L Miller - Did the alignment correct the issue? My 97 Camry does the same "slide" and you feel a bump when it happens. I have replaced a work CV joint and that did not correct the issue.
