How do you set the Camshaft Variable Valve Timing on a 1992 Pontiac Sunbird LE? I have replaced the waterpump and the crankshaft and camshaft are off there marks, after trying to re-aline.
Do you
have the same problem?

I would need to know what engine you have to tell you anything but none of them have variable cam timing.

I have a 2.0 L Engine for a 1992 Pontiac Sunbird LE and after installing a water pump, the crankshaft and camshaft moved out of alignment so now the car won’t start.
How do you get both the crankshaft and camshaft to align to proper timing marks?

This is an interference engine so you could have done valve damage already.

Here are the timing marks
