Honda Accord 1992 car hesitates randomly during normal running speeds, Hwy and around town. I have changed cap, rotor, button and plugs. Should I change plug wires too, or should I be looking somewhere else.

Could be caused by one of the following below

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Knock sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard it

The guy above just posts this same answer to most of these questions. Talk about a shot in the dark. He didnt even change his reply to show that he actually read your question to see that you already tried some of what he suggests. I think he just likes his title of "expert" which really is only taking into consideration the # of times he has answered.
