Why is my 350 TBI missing and cutting off?

92 GMC pickup with a reman. 350 TBI engine misses at idle acceleration. Has plenty of power during driving conditions but cuts back and tries to die when de-celerating. While parked, if you put your foot on the brake and pull it into rev. Or forward and put a load on the engine, it cuts off. I've checked the EGR, changed the ECM, plugs, wires, fuel filter, 0 2 censor, distributor, rebuild the throttle body, and still have no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
