1992 Asuna Sunrunner 1.6L TBI. not getting any pulse voltage to injector. Engine will start if fuel dumped into TB. Have continuity on wires from ECM to inj. connector. Should I be getting 12V on inj. pins at ECM when I crank the engine?

on injector, there will be 12 volts key on feed. the other side is grounded by the ecm to fire the injector
when the ground side is grounded, it will pulse the injector. the crank sensor is responsible for this action.
