92 Econoline. Power steering works when turning left but hangs on right turn. Fluid level is fine.

Not very common with recirculating ball steering gear boxes but it is possible to have internal leakage or a bent flow control valve. The fact that you have normal power assist in one direction proves the pump is okay.

On the off-chance something recently happened to affect the alignment, the steering could be harder one way than the other if caster changed from side to side. That would mean the I-beam got bent, and that isn't real likely.
