Have you got fuel pressure? Have you checked the fuel pump? Is there fuel in the tank?

Throttle body injection is not my strong suit but if there isn't a signal to the injector, then I would tend to start looking there. The reasons are too numerous to list here. From a poor connection to a failed component.

Are you getting spark? If not and no injection -check and test the distributor pick-up coil-let me know

Probable cause could als be the computer ground driver circuit-Let me know

Measure the resistance on the pick-up coil and for short to ground

Distributor Pick-Up Coil Short & Resistance Checks
Disconnect pick-up coil leads from HEI-EST module terminals "N" and "P". Set ohmmeter to middle scale, and connect one lead to either pick-up coil lead and other lead to distributor housing. See Fig. 9. Flex pick-up coil leads by hand to check for intermittent shorts to ground. If reading is not always infinite, replace pick-up coil.
Connect ohmmeter between both pick-up coil leads. Check for intermittent opens by flexing wires and connectors. If resistance is not 500-1500 ohms, replace pick-up coil.

Pick up coil is 722 ohms. And from either side to the housing it was infinite.
