Why wont my car start. When I turn the key no noise is made but the sequrity light comes on. The e brake is also locked on. Please help me!

The park brake has a manual release down by the actuator, possible that it has a yellow vinyl coated tab as an indicator. If you theft system is preventing from start, more than likely it is an ignition cylinder.
