Car having issues at higher speeds

My sister said that when she drives and gets up around 70 or so, the car feels like it may want to cut off. What could that be?

If the check engine light isn't on, check the fuel pump pressure. You may have a partially plugged fuel filter or a weak pump. Go to our homepage under the DIY section for directions.
