When I change the gear means high to low speed and low to high I gives accelerator then car take jerk I don't know why please help me what is the problem

Check the spark plugs and wires.

Can I change new spark plugs?
Or
can I change ignition coil?
For better and smooth driving and low fuel consumption.

When I start the car car in neutral gear car gives jerk time to time and after acceleration it is going smooth but not 100% and also in first gear ruining again car gives jerk time to time why sir?

I cleaned the spark plugs and reinstall and drive smoothly but after 5. 6 days again facing previous problem and car gives misfire and little bit back fire now what I do?

There are no easy technique for valve adjustment.

You need to remove the valve cover and turn the the engine to TDC at compression for cylinder #1 and start from there.
