Broken plug

I have 1991 olds 2.5 4 cyl, while trying to pull plugs the #1 plug broke off right where the plug divides from socket to smooth surface. How can I get it out? Approximately 3/8 inch is above surface.

Looking at drill out tap and install insert this requires skill and previous experience. Need to have a Tech to remove. Only chance is remove any ceramic and try an Easy Out or pull head and take to machine shop
