1991 lincoln town car I have no spark. Replaced coil pack because resistance was out of specs. It shows 12.5 volts at the wiring plug for the coils still not firing. Car sat for about 8 months while body work and paint was being done and ran like a champ before that. Fuses 13 and T for the EEC are not blown. When key is turned to run the check engine light does not come on like it did and when you try to start all the gauge cluster lights go off until you go back to run. Can't seem to find the problem tries to turn over so starter works but it just won't fire.

I forgot to mention that I unplugged all the harnesses when the firewall was repainted and it sat like that for about 5 months. However I took out the emc or pcm and the abs modules and kept them in the house. Then I reinstalled them just like before as it is only a giant plug. In case there is a reset feature. Sorry didnt think about it at first since like I said it was out and back in without any changes to the actual component.
