I have put new cap and roter on it and new spark plugs and wires and new injectors and fuel rail. What else could be the problem

Check your fuel pressure it should be 35-41 psi. That can ccause the same problem.

If the fuel pressure is within spec, check to make sure you are getting spark at all cylinders. If you are, confirm that the plug wires are on the correct cylinders. If they are, check engine compression.
