1991 Honda Civic Gas problems

My car won't stay running. Sometimes when I don't turn it on for days it starts right up but it dies. I tested for spark and it had spark so I know it's a fuel problem. I changed my fuel filter, fuel pump, and yesterday I even changed the main relay but still nothing. Please help much appreciated

Did you check the fuel pressure?
After replacing the main relay, did you check if fuel is being primed to the fuel rail when ignition is turned on?
Try some starting fluid to see if engine fires up.
