1991 Honda Accord new motor

No spark or fuel replaced main relay and replaced distributor and still nothing

Check the fuel and ignition relays and fuses in the main relay panel under the hood.

Use a test light with the wire clipped to power and the probe on the coil negative to see if the primary circuit is being opened and closed.

Make sure the fuel pump is getting power. When you turn the key on, see if you can hear it energizing.

I got it figured out thank you it was the ground wire on the thermostat
