I had a alternator and new battery installed in.
1991 HONDA ACCORD
I had a alternator and new battery installed in my 1991 honda and now I have no electrical power except the horn blows. The engine does not turn over. Any clue to what to do would be very helpful.

Check the main fuses, ensure there is battery voltage at both ends.
