Car quit running, fuel pump works, spark plugs are oil soaked and plug bays are full of oil half way up the plug boot, where and what should I look for

Do you have ignition sparks? Plug seals or cam carrier O-rings are bad allowing oil to get into the plug tubes. Oil soaked sparks plugs can fail and when ignition coils are not in good condition, misfiring can kill it.
