1991 Ford Falcon Own Sedan There Red Dashlight Come On That Beaker Pouring Lip

we own a 1991 ford falcon sedan and there is a red dashlight come on that looks like a beaker with a pouring lip on the top right hand side and it shows halfway up this beaker a wavy line that to me resembles water level and out of that wavy line is a symbol like a water fountain...I assumed it to be wiper reservoir but light still on...could you please tell me what this symbol represents...thanks so much

It is the washer water low level light, often the sensors fail and the light stays on, if you do not want to replace the sensor, just unplug the wire at the sensor and keep a watch on the washer water level.
