How to fix transaxle fail safe mode@ sluggish taking off and shift out of drive.

Ned to enter self-diagnostics find TCU plug under driver side dash see diagram. Will need an old style swing arm volt meter if can't borrow or have Radio Shack under $20. Place volt meter ground lead in TCU ground then POS in TCU term. Turn key on DO NOT start. Count neddle movement so long sweep pause then three sweeps= 13. Do that and post will advise
