After you start the engine it goes from fast idle to 8oo rpm and stays there for a few minutes then drops to 500 or lower. When you start to drive it, it acts like it is running out of fuel. Then you step on the gas and it takes off just fine, back off the gas and it starts all over again. Throt body cleaned, throt positioner replaced and adj to specs. Mass air replaced due to error code. HELP

Did you check for bad gas? Check fuel pressure. Pressure should be:

At Idle 33 - 37 PSI (226 - 265 kPa)
At WOT 38 - 44 PSI (265 - 304 kPa)

Check for failing fuel pressure regulator. Remove vacuum line at FPR. Pressure should increase. If it doesn't, replace. Also check for fuel in vacuum line. If any, replace.
