My Honda makes a very wierd noise when changing.

My honda makes a very wierd noise when changing gear from park to reverse. This is something new that just started. Sometimes it does not engage smoothly so is it because it getting very cold? It has also been abot a year since I flushed the transmission too. Thanks for your help

Just change the fluid.

It could be some gears in the trans making this noise. Honda uses a manual trans with internal clutch packe to change the gears. It may be worn out considering the year.
