I've got a 1990 Silverado with the 350 V8 which has over 230,000 miles on it. It runs pretty good, but it returns about 10-12 mpg. So i'm wondering, what can I do to improve the fuel economy the most? I don't want to spend much, I'm just wondering, what would make the most noticeable difference?

Thats about what your gonna get out of that truck for gas mileage, I drive a 96 suburban with 170,000k and hover in that range, make sure the tune up is good(plugs, wires, pcv valve, cap and rotor fuel filter), tires are properly inflated, and the 02 sensor is working properly, and make sure the engine can breathe ie. Air filter is clean.
