I have a 1990 Chevrolet Cavalier. It's running hot and burning up spark plugs. Coolant level and circulation are good. The thermostat and catalytic converter are new and good. Head and all related gaskets are good. Coolant fan is new and working. Radiator is clean. What do I need to do?

I know the water pump is good and the cooling system in general is good. It's been pressure tested and flushed. That part of the system is fine.
