I just bought a 1990 Cadillac Coup Deville. It has been sitting for a year and only has 60k miles on it and it runs great, but it won't pass smog and is now tagged as a gross violator. Suggestions as where to start?

Have you done a full tune up, this should help, also a scan to check for all unresolved fault codes, start here.
