The car is accelerated

As i'm driving I take the foot from the accelerate but car keps going, it doesn't feel is the pedal that gets stock, but what keeps the car in minimun, I went to advance autoparts and they told is either the trottle orthe idle speed regulator, can you help me. Thank you.

If the check engine light isn't on, that makes it tough. It could be a throttle position sensor or idle air control valve, but without a check engine light, it becomes a guessing game. I would recommend starting simple. Check for vacuum leaks and then check the items I mentioned.
