1989 Toyota Camry time belt

Replaced water pump and timing belt on a 89 Toyota Camry wind all timing marks at 12 o'clock but still no luck firing also tried using marks on timing belt itself still no luck getting iit to fire over it spins freely

Check for a blown fuse underhood or a bad relay then check compression. Pic shows correct alignment.

All fuses are good and the car ran fine before and this is the 2.5 v-6 engine

The pic oi'm sending even under 1989 says 92=94 but that is what we have if all your marks are at 12 then the crank is in the wrong position. According to pic.
