I have a 1989 Oldsmobile running rich, fuel pump pressure is 68 psi. It is running rich, could the fuel pump pressure regulator be at fault?

Refer to our homepage under the DIY section. There you will find hot to check fuel pump pressure. There are directions and a video. Both explaine how to check the fuel pressure regulator. Check that.
