Hesitate and buck in reverse

I have a 1989 Jeep Cherokee Pinoneer, it runs fine in drive but hesitate and buck in reverse. Like the engine is not getting enough gas. The old thing is that it only does it in reverse.

I have changed the distributor, wires, plugs, set the timing, replace the cord. Engines runs fine until place in reverse
