How do I know is out of timming

I changed the head gasket this week took the head to a machine shop you know the works and after I put everything back together it won't start I think the timming is off but I'm not sure please help me

Yeah I did but they were hard to find don't know if I aline them the rigth way

Well the top pully had a mark so I. Align it with a mark that's was on the top the battom damper I align it to zero

Look at the 2 files I sent and make sure the images are the same as you lined up
