Engine problem

My 89 k5 blazer runs great untill complete warm up then I cuts out like flooding or not getting enough gas then if I push down on peddle as if to pass it clears up till I let off accelerator only does this after driving 10 m15 miles and doesnt stop untill engine cools down for several hours any help would be great

Check the fuel pressure with a gauge if its within specs to rule out the fuel filter and fuel pump-start here

Has brand new filter and new ac delco fuel pump also has brand new injectors not remaned

Also noticed a very sulfery smell from exhaust when this problem occurs

Also seem only under a load. Idle is fine and will rev fine only in gear does it act up. Egr clogged maybe have ruled out tranny
