I recently took my car to one of the popular care repair chains to have this work done. After an hour and a half, the mechanic said he could not complete the job because he did'nt have a special "hexed head" tool to remove the "hexed" screws in the steering column. What is this tool(name, size, etc)for this repair?

@Razmataz. He had the lock cylinder. What he didn't have was a tool to remove some hexed bolts that needed to be removed before putting it in. What is the name of this tool?
