The rear end of my truck wobbles from side to side when im taking off at slow speed but gets better around 10 to 15 mph. What could it be.

You have a tire with a broken steel belt on the rear. Get the wheels off the ground and run the engine. There will be an obvious deformity noticeable when spinning.
