My buick needs to be warmed up at least 20 mins before itll go into gear without dieing, and itll run better after that, also the check engine light comes on sometimes, but it wont run any codes.I dont know what it could be.

Check fuel pressure 41-47 psi

Fuel pressure was 38, and dropped a little bit when I move the throttle

Replace the fuelpump and fuel filter.
