I have two cylinders missing. I replaced the spark plugs and wires. While running I pulled off the plug wires to locate which cylinders were not firing. On the back bank it was the two end cylinders. There was a good spark comming from the coil pack. I replaced the two fuel injectors. This made no difference.I have two trouble codes showing. They are 22and 68. The first time I cranked the engine after it started missing it was trying to miss fire and would not spin over. I let it sit for a while and it the started and ran with the miss. Can you help?

Did you find the missing ones? I think they are on my truck lol. Seriously, check those for compression. You may have a blown head gasket as it ' between two cylinders. Make sure that both spark plugs are out of the engine. It can also be a burnt valve, bent pushrod, etc.
