Throttle body seems to be flooding the intake

Some electrical device on the throttle body seems to be flooding the intake. Can someone help me troubleshoot this. We had an electrical fire close to the blower motor in our d21 pickup, and after carefully splicing all the wires back together, we fire up the motor and it will only stay on for a few seconds. So, we go to the fuel injectors (whose wires we had spliced back together) and notice that something is making the fuel dump into the intake. We checked the car's computer and it flashes red/green upon turning on the key. The code that the computer is giving me is red/green 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. We rechecked all the wires, relays and harnesses and everything appears to be hooked up correctly.

Do you have a wiring schematic? I attached one for you.

Thank you Jacobandnickolas. I'll try to study this for wire colors. I know it has to be something in these wires or the fuel pressure regulator. Or even the computer. This is so frustrating, and I appreciate your concern.
