In our 1987 Mitsubishi Mighty Max, the motor is a G63B carbureted, I need to find out how to adjust Idle on the carburetor to lower it because it is running too high.

First thing you need to do is to check if the throttle cable is adjusted correctly.
Next ensure the auto choke is functioning correctly and not preventing the throttle from returning fully.
Turning the idle speed adjusting screw would allow you to lower or increase the idling speed provided above conditions are met.
