1987 Mazda 626 what to do first

The car has been sitting, never started in 13 years. I bought new battery and there's no gas in it What do I do first. Should I get a rotor cap and spark plugs and filters what do you suggest get new parts etc. What is the fist thing I do

Put gas in it change ALL fluids then see if it will start.

First thing you want to do is check all the fluids, oil, trans, brakes ect. Check all the hoses for the cooling system and belts to make sure they are not dry rotted. After that you can check the air filter to see if it has deteriorated and replace if necessary. Add gas and see if it starts.
