This car has been sitting up for some years and the fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, (isc) and (tp) and fuel line fittings have all been replaced with new ones and the car is getting too much fuel and is flooding out and will not start. What can be the problem.

Hello,

This could be a clogged fuel return line. Any excess gas that is not used is returned to the tank. Also the two fuel injectors could be opening up too much.
Fuel pressure in these cars are constant by air-in-tank. Also check the throttle position sensor for vacuum leaks.
