I have replaced the thermostat.

Hot air only comes out of w/s defrosters. The vents and heater blow cold air when temp valve is turned to hot. What do I need to replace to fix?

If you are getting hot air from the defrosters then it's an actuator problem with your heater unit. They direct the air to where it is supposed to go. Generic pic enclosed.
