My headlights in dash lights in tell lights wont come on I have a new battery, alt, dimmer switch, still wont come on.

Power for everything you mentioned comes from the headlight switch. Is that what you replaced? If so, have you checked to see if there is power to the switch? Have you checked all fuses both in the vehicle and under the hood?
