1985 Buick Riviera Car sat for 2 years

I have a 1985 Buick Riviera that has sat for 2 years. I would like to get the car running again. Are there any special precautions that I need to take in getting the car running. Most likely I will need a professional to really get the car running they way it should. Is there anything I need to be aware of or questions to ask the professional?

Have him to run a compression check on the engine (this gives a good indication of it's mechanical condition), and do a good tune-up.

Also change all belts and hoses, change engine oil and transmission fluid.
