THERE ARE SOME VARIATIONS----THEY DO INTERCHANGE AND BOLT RIGHT ON

THE ONLY VARIATION I KNOW OF IS, FOR INSTANCE, ON SOME 360s (I'VE SEEN THIS ON SOME WAGONEERS THAT I'VE MESSED WITH) THE ROCKER ARMS ARE ON STUDDED POSTS, AND ON OTHERS THEY BOLT ON WITH BRIDGES BETWEEN THE ROCKERS. JUST LIKE ON A 232 AND 258 6 CYL AND A 304

IN OTHER WORDS--SAME HEAD--BUT THE PEDESTALS COULD BE MACHINED DIFFERENTLY

. BUT STILL, THEY WILL BOLT ON AND WORK, IF YOU PROPERLY SET UP FOR ANY PUSH ROD LENGTH POSSIBLE DIFFERENCE. MAYBE THE ONES YOU GET ARE IDENTICAL TO THE ONES REMOVED

THE WAY YOU WORDED YOU QUESTION.I CAN'T TELL WHICH ENGINE IS GETTING THE HEADS

I FEEL SURE YOU MEANT "CJ 5 OR 7", INSTEAD OF "WRANGLER" (WHICH CAME ABOUT IN 1987)

WHAT ARE YOUR INTENTIONS WITH THIS JEEP?
